How are the wigs packed to protect their shape? Wig textures and styled fibers require maximum protection during transit. Every Corvalune wig is packaged with a protective hairnet layer, padded with shape-retaining tissue paper inserts, and placed securely inside a custom, satin storage bag or rigid box to prevent any tangling or structural frizzing before reaching your doorstep.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your haul leaves our fulfillment hub, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your Corvalune package every step of the way.

Can I apply heat and style my Corvalune wig? Yes! All of our Human Hair wigs can be styled exactly like your biological hair. For our Premium Synthetic collections, we utilize advanced heat-resistant fibers that can safely withstand styling tools up to 320°F (160°C). We highly recommend using a low-to-medium heat setting to maximize the lifespan of the fibers.

How do I choose a wig that matches my skin tone? Our signature HD Lace and transparent Swiss lace are engineered with ultra-fine multi-tonal netting, meaning they naturally blend and vanish seamlessly against any skin tone once applied with standard wig tint, makeup powder, or lace adhesive.

How often should I wash my wig? For daily wearers, we recommend washing your Corvalune wig once every 10 to 14 days. Use sulfate-free shampoo and deep-moisturizing conditioners designed specifically for wigs, gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb, and always allow the piece to air dry on a wig stand.

Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? Due to strict personal hygiene, health, and sanitary regulations regarding personal hair products, we accept returns only on completely unworn, un-customized, and uncut wigs in their original, pristine condition (with lace fully uncut, hair nets intact, and factory tags attached) within 30 days of delivery.
